Yep, I heard it on the news myself... there's a "cold" front coming through this evening and the high tomorrow.... um hum... you ready... 85 degrees. That's how we do it down here in the sunshine state (FREAKING HOT, to not as freaking hot, but still freaking hot).
Now... keep in mind that I am a true, born and raised, Florida Cracker. Having said that... the overnight low will be in the mid 60's... oh yeah, I can pull out the sweat pants when I take the kids to school in the morning. Luckily, I will only look ridiculous to those who just recently moved here from a place where winter is not just a myth :)
Onto kid craziness...
Last night, Leighanna brings out a paper for me to sign. She wants to try out for the guitar ensemble... okay... chorus, guitar, girl scouts etc... We can handle this. So when are the auditions?
Today and tomorrow... what? How about some notice? We had to get to school early this morning(by 7:25) and then again tomorrow. Does she not know that she's cutting into my coffee time? Mama's cranky with a chance of headache with out her coffee!!!
It all works out somehow...
Happy Tuesday

Hi. Thanks for your comment at my blog. Just wanted to let you know that the one year anni. of Riley's D was, by far, the worst. His 4 year anni. is on Tuesday. We will go out to eat at his favorite restaurant and then go see the new 3D Toy Story double feature. It's a day to say: "Screw you diabetes. You didn't beat us."
